Coulee Air Services specializes in sport pilot flight training and instruction for your tailwheel endorsement. Flight lessons are provided in a new CubCrafters Sport Cub, an improved version of the original J3 Piper Cub, which provides the old fashioned stick and rudder experience. Additional training includes landing on the ocean beach and several local grass and mountain strips. Flying destinations in Washington State are extremely diverse, including locations in the beautiful Puget sound area. We are located on Tacoma Narrows Airport in Gig Harbor, which provides very valuable training in the air traffic controlled environment, but never far away from back-country tranquility.
